The mighty Ghetto Funk Nightclub is where it all began. Now exclusively found at Shindig Festival, it’s our late night spot open every evening till the early hours. Blending funk and hip hop with a whopping dose of bass plus a host of MCs patrolling the stage. We’ve had all sorts joining us over the years De La Soul, Sugarhill Gang, Goldie, DJ Nu-Mark, Jungle Brothers plus all your regular favourites: A.Skillz, Stanton Warriors & Too Many T’s.
The Dig Inn
The home of live music at Shindig Festival and fondly known as the ‘Pub’ on site. We mix old favourites with new and pepper the weekend with performances that you’ll never forget. Shimmy Discotheque
Welcomed to the family in 2022. The Shimmy Discotheque has quickly become a must-go spot on site. As well as being a monthly club night in Bath, Shimmy brings its own magical sparkle. Expect glitter, an infectious dance floor you won't want to leave all weekend and a soundtrack selected by some of House & Disco’s key players.
SS Nautylicious
[Our flagship (ahem) venue in the Bay of Good Vibes. The Good Ship SS Nautylicious has to be seen to be believed. Not your usual beach bar in the middle of Somerset. Tutti Frutti will transport you back, way way back. With a stellar line up every year spanning Old Skool, Drum & Bass, Acid and Rave there’s a flavour for every raver plus new up and coming acts given the floor to showcase their skills.
Church of Love
Father Funk returns every year to tend to his flock of daytime ravers, sundown sinners and holy groovers with his eternally wild Church of Love – perfect spot for a bit of day dancing and redemption at Shindig. “Less pants, more party” is the moto! Expect a giant disco ball cross, Drag Fridays, Funk Aerobics, Dancing Nuns and a whole host of ridiculous good fun, with an even better soundtrack.

Shindig has always had green initiatives as a core value and will continue to develop these practices and with your input and help Shindig will continue to grow as sustainably as possible. We are all in this together. We run what we can direct from the sun via solar rigs such as our kids and healing areas , our band stand and Speakers forum as well as the circus finale .
