A sustainable utopia designed for all people to come and express themselves freely, without judgement. We take pride in being inclusive to all ages and abilities, and stand by the belief that this is a party for everyone!
With some trappings of real life – a pub, a hotel and a nightclub – mixed with bizarre theatrics from another world – a pirate ship, a high wire and a church of love. We curate a space that is simultaneously a house party, a circus show, a rave, a comedy night, a wellbeing retreat, an art gallery and a kid’s party all rolled into one.
Located in the stunning grounds of 16th century Dillington Park Estate, lovingly transformed into the setting for the ultimate boutique festival experience. Music to soothe and stimulate, Workshops to educate and enrich, Talks to inspire and inform, Art to amaze and astound.
Sustainability and inclusivity are two fundamental concerns that drive us to keep improving each year. We have always relied solely on compostable toilets, have been using solar power to run several of our venues for years and by carefully selecting our food traders and bar suppliers to provide organic produce from the local area. We also host talks with some of the world’s leading experts in sustainability and ecology to help educate our audience to be aware of the impact humans have on their surroundings.
Featuring an array of on-site hotel rooms, glamping of every shape and size and plenty of flat space for our most intrepid revellers to set up their own camps and campervans. We have a variety of themed venues under stretch canopies, allowing you to get up close and personal with your favourite acts or sit back and take it all in from under a tree.
Shindig is one of the UK’s genuinely ‘Boutique’ boutique festivals. It has gone from strength to strength and is now widely considered among the finest festivals around.

That’s the beauty of Shindig; We began 8 years ago as a party for our friends and since then we have grown in size but not lost that feeling of safety and comfort you get from being surrounded by loved ones.
