Shindig Festival is proud to host Cushy, a holistic sanctuary where equality, love, culture and inclusion is weaved into a deep connection to nature. A place to find space, to nurture and enrich the experience of your weekend with a little nourishment for you as a whole.
Our community of therapists offer a broad range of treatments including reiki, acupressure, aromatherapy, reflexology, trauma informed somatic relief, sound healing shiatsu and pregnancy massage who will be available over the weekend offering her wealth of knowledge and remedies.
Expand, stretch, move and release at any of our carefully curated inclusive daily classes with any one of our highly experienced and talented class teachers. Daily workshops are programmed to inspire and explore new ways of nourishing the body through movement, herbs or song.
Our very own Cushy cafe allows you to deeply chill out and drop into the vibe, drink delicious organic artisan coffee, devour a raw vegan chocolate cake, connect with others and enjoy some delicious nutritious vegan food.
