Rawlins Family Cider
We are very proud to have a local cider stocked at the festival this year, Rawlins Family Cider is just about as local as you can get, made using apples handpicked from orchards surrounding the Shindig site on Dillington Estate.
” We work closely with the estate to pick from the orchards they manage, to harvest the fruit when its perfectly ripe. We are so excited to have all our hard work enjoyed back where the apples started there life.
We’re supplying a cider we have blended especially for Shindig, which is a medium, easy drinking cider perfect for everyone to enjoy. We have named it Ashwell after one of the neighbouring orchards to the site and can’t wait to get it to the bars.”
Using traditional methods used here in the South West for hundreds of years, they create a cider for every occasion and have won multiple awards. Their cider is supplied to local pubs, restaurants and shops in local towns and villages, as well as across the country, as far as Scotland.
